This month we welcome Joanna Smithers and Phillipa Morrow to the GEM & Co team to further enhance the quality and experience of our service.
Joanna joins us as Practice Manager, a new role developed for our business in order to enable our three financial planners to spend more time focusing on their clients and their needs.
With over 21 years’ experience working for both providers and financial planners in financial services, Joanna brings with her a wealth of experience to the role of practice manager.
In addition to managing the smooth running of our business, Joanna will be working closely with our Client Services team who support our planners in delivering an excellent client experience.
To wind down, Joanna loves to read and travel and is passionate about film; anything from popcorn flicks to Woody Allen!
Phillipa, as many of you already know from our previous communication, joins us as Client Services Manager. Phillipa comes to us with over 17 years’ experience in the financial services industry, having always worked in client service roles. Phillipa will be our clients’ main point of contact and can be reached by email: phillipa@gemfs.co.uk.
Phillipa who is originally from South Africa has lived happily in South West London for 17 years. Married with a 10-year-old daughter, Phillipa and her family enjoy walking, bike riding and swimming at the weekend and is impartial to a good film or two when the weather is particularly rubbish!
